Departure guidance
Consider a 05:30–06:30 day-one pickup. Keep the final day’s departure early enough for the return road leg. This is a suggested planning window in IST, not a scheduled departure or arrival promise; confirm against the exact pickup, date and route.

    • One Panchgani stop such as Table Land or Sydney Point if accessible
    • Meal break
    • Return to MMR

    Use one stop, not a second full sightseeing day, before the substantial return drive.

Pickup, route & timing notes

Send your two hotel-night dates and exact hotel pin, along with pickup and return needs. A remote hotel can add considerable local travel.

Hotel location and pickup zone decide whether Panchgani works best on arrival or return. Any Pratapgad, Wai or additional valley loop must be specified before quoting.

Before confirming: The suggested duration is 3D/2N. A 2D/1N request needs fewer stops and a fresh road/rest check. Strawberry experiences, boating, clear views and attraction access are not guaranteed.

Dzire

Up to four passengers, with luggage suitability checked for the actual car. A practical option for smaller groups.

Ertiga

Up to six passengers, subject to luggage fit. With all passenger seats occupied, bag space is limited. Share your actual bag count.

Vehicles are subject to availability. Mention children, mobility needs and child-seat requirements before accepting the quote.

Before you book

Why suggest two nights instead of one?

Two nights leave a full day without an intercity transfer. A one-night version is possible to assess, but it needs a shorter stop list.

Are our hotel and boating included?

No. The cab fare includes the agreed travel and planned driver stay. Your room, meals, boating and other activities remain separate.

Can we include every viewpoint and Pratapgad?

Not within a slow short break by default. Choose priorities first; extra destinations may need a longer duty, another day and a revised quote.
