These terms apply to services under the Pari Cabs brand, owned and operated by Sagarika Enterprises. A booking-specific written confirmation shared by WhatsApp forms part of these terms.
Services and availability
Pari Cabs accepts advance bookings for airport transfers, fixed one-way routes, round-trip or multi-day outstation travel, corporate duties and published rental packages. Every service is subject to a confirmed vehicle and driver. A listed one-way price is not an owned-vehicle guarantee and may depend on a matched return or a confirmed partner vehicle.
When a booking is confirmed
An enquiry, calculator result, website submission or WhatsApp message is not a confirmed booking. Confirmation requires a written fare, accepted trip details, confirmed vehicle/driver or approved supplier, and the required advance or approved corporate credit.
Regional fares and inclusions
Pricing depends on the pickup market. A listed direction uses its published fixed one-way base fare. That base includes vehicle, fuel and driver allowance.
Round-trip and multi-day bookings use the pickup-market per-kilometre tariff, minimum kilometres per calendar day and driver allowance shown on the current rate card. Garage-to-garage distance applies unless the written quote fixes another basis.
Toll and parking are extra at actuals. Pari Cabs does not add a blanket state-tax line. Only an actually applicable entry, local or environmental fee may be charged at cost and will be disclosed.
Published fares at paricabs.in/rates take precedence over the unlisted-route estimator. A materially different pickup, drop, stop, itinerary, date condition or service requirement may require a revised written quote before confirmation.
Rental packages and extra usage
Rental packages are time- and kilometre-bound. Current public packages include 8 hours/80 km and 12 hours/120 km, with market-specific prices and extra-kilometre or extra-hour charges. Outstation use or a material route change requires a revised quote and acceptance.
Waiting, additional stops and night duty
- 30 minutes of waiting is free; airport pickup has 45 minutes free after actual landing.
- Further waiting is ₹200 per hour, billed in 30-minute blocks.
- A requested additional pickup or drop of up to 15 minutes is ₹200, plus deviation km and further waiting.
- Night halt is ₹300 per night plus lodging at actuals if the customer does not arrange it.
- An applicable active night-duty charge is ₹300.
Advance, cancellation and refunds
- Normal advance: the higher of ₹500 or 20% of the quoted base fare.
- Protected bookings, including outsourced, multi-day, peak-date or special-vehicle work: 30% advance.
- More than 24 hours before pickup: refund less any disclosed third-party cost already committed.
- 6 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the advance is retained.
- Under 6 hours or no-show: the advance is forfeited.
- A verified flight disruption receives one free reschedule, subject to availability.
Corporate credit
The first three trips are prepaid. Net-15 credit may then be approved after KYC and purchase-order or authorised-booking evidence, subject to a ₹25,000 exposure cap. Net-30 is considered only after three timely payment cycles.
Vehicle, passengers and luggage
Vehicle models represent categories and remain subject to availability. Customers must disclose passengers, children, mobility needs and luggage before confirmation. Legal seating capacity must not be exceeded and all occupants must use seat belts.
Invoices and payment records
Sagarika Enterprises can issue a standard non-GST invoice or trip receipt. The business is not currently GST-registered, so a GST tax invoice and input-tax-credit document are not available.
