Pari Cabs is a brand owned and operated by Sagarika Enterprises. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit paricabs.in, contact us or use our transport services.
Booking and communication information
We may collect the contact, trip, passenger, luggage, vehicle, billing and payment details you provide by phone, WhatsApp, website form or during a trip. Quotes, confirmations, service updates, complaints and feedback may form part of the booking record.
Paid-media attribution in WhatsApp enquiries
To connect an enquiry with the advertisement that led to it, the website adds a visible tracking footer before opening WhatsApp. It can include the advertising platform, campaign, ad or creative code, keyword or route, landing path, a Google or Meta click identifier and an opaque Pari Cabs Lead ID. The footer is shown before handoff and is included when the message is copied or opened in WhatsApp. It does not add your name, phone number or trip details beyond what you choose to enter in the enquiry.
Website and advertising measurement
With your permission, Google and Meta measurement services may receive browser and device information, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, campaign information and interactions such as a call or WhatsApp click. Trip details, contact details and the complete WhatsApp message are not included in these measurement events. Google and Meta process measurement information under their own privacy terms.
How we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate vehicles and drivers, complete trips, provide updates, issue invoices or receipts, handle payments and refunds, resolve complaints, maintain safety and service records, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations and understand marketing performance. We use the Lead ID to carry one record through conversation, qualification, quotation, booking, completed trip and internal commercial reporting.
When information is shared
Relevant trip details may be shared with the assigned driver, vehicle owner or operating partner and staff who need them to fulfil the service. Information may also be processed by providers supporting hosting, communications, analytics, payments, accounting or record storage. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect customers, drivers, the public or our legal rights. We do not sell customer booking information.
WhatsApp and external services
When you use WhatsApp, social-media links or a third-party payment service, that provider also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies, attribution storage and your choices
The website asks before storing advertising attribution for use across pages or enabling analytics and advertising storage. If you choose essential-only use, stored attribution is cleared. A click identifier or campaign value already present in the current page address can still appear in the visible WhatsApp footer when you choose to start an enquiry, but it is not retained across pages without permission. You can reopen “Privacy choices” at any time. Refusing measurement does not block the booking form, calling or WhatsApp.
Retention and security
We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for operations, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction and deletion requests
You may ask us to provide, correct or delete personal information linked to your booking or Lead ID. We may need to verify identity and retain information required for an active booking, accounting, safety, a dispute or a legal obligation.
Children's information
The website is not directed to children. A parent, guardian or responsible adult should make the booking and provide information required for a child passenger.
