Plan My Ashtavinayak Cab Circuit

The trip at a glance

The complete circuit needs named shrines, a clear order and an honest allowance for long road days. This planning default follows Morgaon, Siddhatek, Pali, Mahad, Theur, Lenyadri, Ozar and Ranjangaon, then returns to Morgaon before MMR. Four days is a starting point for the quote, not a promise that every group should travel at that pace. Festival crowds, a slower walking pace or more ritual time may require an additional night.

Best for
Devotees planning the complete eight-temple circuit · Groups who can allow several full travel days · Families prepared to match duration to walking and queue time
Pickup region
Mumbai · Thane · Navi Mumbai · Kalyan · Surrounding MMR — exact pickup to be checked
Departure guidance
Consider a 04:30–05:30 day-one pickup after a driver-rest check. Confirm every following start only after the shrine order, guest stays and realistic duty lengths are reviewed. This is a suggested planning window in IST, not a scheduled departure or arrival promise; confirm against the exact pickup, date and route.

Suggested itinerary

Stops and timing are agreed before booking, subject to access, official schedules and road conditions.

  1. Day 1

    Morgaon and Siddhatek

    • MMR pickup
    • Morgaon — Mayureshwar
    • Siddhatek — Siddhivinayak
    • Guest-booked stay in an agreed Pune/eastern-approach zone

A substantial travel day. Two visits only; accommodation location must support the next leg.

  2. Day 2

    Pali and Mahad

    • Pali — Ballaleshwar
    • Mahad — Varadvinayak near Khopoli
    • Guest-booked stay in an agreed Pune-approach zone

Mahad means the Varadvinayak temple locality, not the distant Mahad town. Reassess any heavy road day against queues.

  3. Day 3

    Theur, Lenyadri and Ozar

    • Theur — Chintamani
    • Lenyadri — Girijatmaj
    • Ozar — Vighneshwar
    • Guest-booked stay near the agreed Ozar/Junnar approach

Lenyadri requires a substantial stair climb. If walking or queues slow the day, extend the circuit instead of rushing the visit.

  4. Day 4

Ranjangaon, Morgaon completion and MMR return

    • Ranjangaon — Mahaganpati
    • Return visit to Morgaon as agreed
    • Meal/rest breaks
    • MMR return

The final road leg is long. A fifth day may be required for the group’s pace, timing or driver-rest plan.

Pickup, route & timing notes

Confirm all passenger walking needs, religious-order preference, dates, pickup/drop and three guest-stay locations. Ask for a fifth day if the pace needs more room.

The sequence and completion return must be explicit in the quote. A shorter geographically optimised eight-stop route is a different itinerary and must not be described as this traditional-order circuit without agreement.

Before confirming: Lenyadri involves many steps; this is not a universally accessible circuit. No guarantee of ritual completion or fixed queue times. Four days remains provisional until roads, stays, visiting windows and rest are checked.

Before you book

Does complete mean all eight temples and a Morgaon return?

This planning route names all eight shrines and includes the return to Morgaon in the scope. The exact order, completion visit and duty must appear in the accepted written itinerary.

Is 4D/3N enough for everyone?

No. It is a provisional baseline. Long queues, festivals, a slower pace or driver-rest limits can make 5D/4N or another arrangement more suitable.

Can someone with limited mobility visit Lenyadri?

Lenyadri has a substantial stair climb. Any available assistance must be verified separately; we cannot promise a step-free or in-car visit.

Are pujas and guest stays included?

No. You arrange guest hotels, meals and rituals separately. The cab quote includes the agreed route, normal cab costs and planned driver overnight costs.
